Candle Flair trade candles are supplied in unbranded bulk boxes designed for hospitality, event and retail professionals who require larger quantities and efficient storage. The candles themselves are identical to our retail Classic Collection candles - only the packaging and box quantities differ. Each candle is hand-dipped in Europe using premium refined paraffin wax and a 100% cotton wick, delivering a clean, stable and drip-resistant burn when used correctly. Colour runs throughout the candle for a consistent, premium finish during service.

Candle Flair trade orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse, with shipping rates structured specifically for wholesale and bulk deliveries. Trade delivery pricing differs from retail delivery due to box quantities, weight and pallet or bulk courier handling requirements.

UK Trade Delivery

Most UK trade orders are delivered within 1–3 working days from dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated based on order value, box quantity and delivery region, with tiered pricing applied at checkout or confirmed before dispatch for larger orders.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday excluding UK public holidays.

International Trade Delivery

We supply trade customers internationally including Europe, Middle East, USA and other global markets. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

International orders may be shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning local import duties and taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the receiving customer.

Our team can assist with shipping options for larger hospitality or event projects.

Large Volume & Event Deliveries

For hotels, event planners and large retail projects, we can arrange split deliveries or scheduled dispatch where required.

Delivery Differences vs Retail Orders

Retail website delivery pricing applies only to consumer orders. Trade orders use a separate delivery structure reflecting:

• Larger box quantities
• Higher parcel weights
• Professional courier handling
• Wholesale fulfilment processes

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and goods so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Candle Flair trade candles are designed for clean, stable and drip-resistant performance when used correctly in professional environments. Proper candle placement and care ensures the best burn performance and presentation.

For Best Burning Performance

• Trim wick to approximately 5–7mm before lighting
• Keep candles away from drafts, air conditioning and open windows
• Always place candles in a correctly sized, stable candle holder
• Keep candles upright and avoid tilting during use
• Leave sufficient space between candles to prevent uneven melting
• Extinguish candles before they burn completely to avoid holder damage

For restaurants, events and outdoor venues, we recommend using glass hurricane covers to protect flames from airflow and reduce dripping.

• Do not place candles near flammable materials
• Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Avoid moving candles while lit or wax is liquid
