Taper candle adhesive
If a holder opening is slightly larger than your candle base, use candle adhesive to stabilise candles and prevent movement. Particularly useful for events and hospitality venues where tables are frequently moved.

Burn times vary slightly depending on drafts and environment.
Approximate burn times:
Classic Collection:
• 25 cm taper: up to 8 hours
• 35 cm taper: up to 15 hours
• 45 cm taper: up to 20 hours
Creative Collection:
• Spiral & Twist candles: approx. 5 hours
Lux Collection:
• Swirl candles: approx. 6 hours
• Ribbon candles: approx. 7 hours
Burn time varies based on airflow, wick trimming and candle placement.
To achieve optimal candle performance:
• Trim wick to approx. 5–7 mm before lighting
• Avoid placing candles in drafts or near open windows
• Use stable candle holders suited to candle diameter
• Space candles apart when burning multiple candles
• Allow candles to burn long enough to form an even melt pool
• Keep wax clear of matches or debris
To reduce drafts in venues or outdoor spaces, use glass candle hurricanes:

Ideal for indoor and outdoor dining where drafts can cause dripping. Proper setup significantly reduces dripping and uneven burning.
For safe candle use:
• Never leave burning candles unattended
• Keep candles away from children and pets
• Keep candles away from curtains and flammable materials
• Extinguish candles safely using a snuffer where possible
• Always burn candles on stable surfaces
Glass hurricane covers also improve safety by shielding flames from drafts and accidental contact. Glass hurricane covers also help protect candle flames from drafts while improving safety and reducing dripping.

Candles should not burn lower than approx. 2 cm from the base.
For best condition:
• Store candles in a cool, dry environment
• Avoid heat exposure which may soften candles
• Keep candles in packaging until use
• Avoid pressure or bending during transport
Proper storage maintains candle straightness and colour quality and also helps prevent bending during transport and long-term stock holding. Always allow candles to cool before moving or storing after use.
