Currently we are unable to send or delivery orders over the weekend. We are a relatively small company and our courier is Fedex do not provide this option. Any order placed on Friday or weekend will be delivered the following week.

Our candles are made from high-quality refined paraffin wax, coloured throughout for consistent tone and clean burning performance. We use 100% cotton wicks. Wicks are designed for stable, smokeless performance when used correctly.

Burn times vary depending on candle height and environment. As a general guide:

• Taper Mini (1.2 cm base) up to 1.5 hours
• Taper 28 Skinny (1.2 cm base) up to 6 hours
• Taper 25 (2.2 cm base) up to 8 hours
• Taper 35 (2.2 cm base) up to 15 hours
• Taper 45 (2.2 cm base) up to 20 hours

Burn times are approximate and may vary depending on room conditions, airflow and candle placement. For best performance, keep candles away from drafts and ensure they are placed securely in suitable holders.

When used correctly and kept away from drafts or air conditioning, Candle Flair candles are designed to burn cleanly with minimal dripping. Drafts, uneven holders or movement of the candle can cause dripping. For events, restaurants and outdoor or high-traffic environments, we recommend using glass hurricane covers, which help protect the flame from air movement and support a more even burn.
