Orders
All trade orders are now to be placed online. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions

Our Minimum quantity order is £41.67 ex VAT / £50 inc VAT for all trade customers. If you have any queries or need any further help please contact us at trade@candleflair.com
Breakages or damages must be reported in 24 hours of delivery with imagery. This is due to Fedex terms and conditions. If you have any queries or need any further help please contact us at trade@candleflair.com
We apologise that your item is out of stock. We regularly replenish our stock as much as possible to avoid this. If you do require a particularly large order please let us know in advance at trade@candleflair.com and we can make sure we have your candles in stock for your required date. Under each product we also provide our current stock availability and a date when our next stock is due to arrive so you can pre plan. Please be aware that these dates are approximate and can be affected by weather or couriers etc which are outside of our control.
Please check your order confirmation as soon as you have placed your order and send through any changes to trade@candleflair.com. We cannot guarantee your amendments can be changed but we will try to help as much as possible. We cannot process any changes or cancellations to orders during sales or promotions.
A refund will be offered on any unsuitable items returned to us in unused conditions within 28 days. We are unable to refund any damaged or used goods returned. We do not offer a refund for goods returned after the 28-day period. Arrangement for returns, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the sender returning the goods. Items must be returned to us in unused and in as new condition in their original packaging with all labels and tags (if applicable) still attached.
You must arrange the return yourself with your own couriers. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items. Please email trade@candleflair.com for assistance regards returns address.
Delivery
UK delivery can take 1-3 working days. N. Ireland can take 2-4 working days. Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Ireland can take 4-6 working days. International and rest of the world delivery can take 7-14 working days to arrive. Please note that working days for us are Monday - Friday and do not include national UK bank holidays.
We endeavour to fulfil all orders placed. If we are unable to deliver to your location we will let you know.
You will own the goods from the later of (a) we receive payment in full or (b) we deliver the goods to you. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us. The courier will give you the option to update your delivery preferences once goods have been shipped Candle Flair will not be responsible for any delivery without a signature due to your change of preferences. Delivery will have been deemed to have taken place as and when the Courier leaves the goods in accordance with your preferences.
All international customers purchasing from us will be denoted as ‘Delivery Duty Unpaid’ (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Duties, taxes, and other compulsory payments when shipping internationally are the sole responsibility and shall be paid in full by the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Candle Flair is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund in full for any goods you have paid for but not received.

Currently we are unable to send or delivery orders over the weekend. We are a relatively small company and our courier is Fedex do not provide this option. Any order placed on Friday or weekend will be delivered the following week.
Candles
Our candles are made of 100% pure paraffin wax for long lasting burn times and the wick is made of 100% cotton for the cleanest burn.
- Classic Collection: Taper 25 candle up to 8 hours, Taper 28 Skinny candle up to 6 hours, Taper 35 candle up to 15 hours, Taper 45 candle up to 20 hours
- Creative Collection: Spiral candle up to 5 hours, Twist candle up to 5 hours
- Lux Collection: Swirl candle up to 6 hours, Ribbon candle up to 7 hours
The base of our candles are made in a conical shape, in order for our candles to fit most dinner candle holders. The top of our candles tapers to provide an elegant finish. We also provide 'Little Helpers', made out of flexible metal, which are perfect if the internal diameter of the candle holder is too large compared to the base of your candle as these will prevent the candle from wobbling.
All Candle Flair candles include a safety label on the bottom of our packaging to ensure customers are well informed on the accurate and sensible use of our candles. Below, we have included safety advice when buying and lighting our candles as well as useful tips on how to get the best burn from our candles:
• Ensure the wick is kept trimmed to approximately 0.5-1cm in length to control the flame height and burn time
• Avoid burning candles in areas of draught to encourage an even burn and to avoid dripping
• Never leave a burning candle unattended or around children and pets
• Do not burn candles on or close anything that can catch fire
• Place burning candles at least 10cm apart
• Always keep the wax pool clear and clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring
• Always snuff out the candle, do not blow out
