Stockist Brand Guidelines
Not applicable to companies purchasing for events
Retail stores
- All candles must be branded under Candle Flair in store in pairs or retail boxes
- All candles must be sold at the same price or above Candle Flair RRP
- No discounts can be made on candles online unless signed off by the Candle Flair
- Candles cannot be sold at trade fairs unless signed off by the Candle Flair
- Any transport damage must be reported with imagery within in 24 hours of receiving your order (due to FedEx terms and conditions)
Online
- All candles must be branded under Candle Flair online
- All candles must be sold at the same price or above Candle Flair RRP online
- All candles must be sold in Candle Flair packaging
- All candles must be sold in the same sets online (for example, boxes of 6 candles of the same colour as per classic collection)
- Candle colours cannot be mixed apart from Travellers Collection that have been sold as a mixed box
- No discounts can be made on candles online unless signed off by the Candle Flair
- Any transport damage must be reported with imagery within in 24 hours of receiving your order (due to FedEx terms and conditions)
